    Start as an orthodontic assistant — no experience needed with our paid 6-week training — and grow into lead assistant, treatment coordinator or office manager.

  • Orthodontists

    Focus on patients, not paperwork. You keep clinical autonomy, gain a full support team and mentorship from our Clinical Standards Council, with a path to partnership.

  • Support Center & remote

    Billing, patient support, technology, marketing and training roles at our Dallas Support Center or fully remote.

From Application to First Day

Most candidates go from application to offer in about two weeks.

    Phone chat

    A 20-minute call with a recruiter about the role, schedule and pay — no trick questions.

    Meet the team

    Visit the clinic and meet your doctor and office manager. Clinical roles include a paid working interview.

  4. 4

    Offer & onboarding

    Get your offer, then two weeks of paid onboarding alongside a dedicated mentor.
